Earl Burson, City Manager
Earl D. Burson has been the City Manager for the City of Harrah since October, 2005. He and his wife Cathy have four (4) children and seven (7) grandchildren. Mr. Burson is a Certified City Manager and has been in city management for over twenty (20) years. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oral Roberts University and a degree in Economic Development from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Burson is a member of the International City Managers Association (ICMA) and the City Managers Association of Oklahoma (CMAO). He enjoys classical and Christian music and activities involving his family.
