City Hall
The City of Harrah has a Manager-Council form of government. The City Manager is the chief administrator of all departments and appointed by the City Council. Please contact City Hall by phone, 405-454-2951 or email cityofharrah@harrah-ok.gov.
Fire Department
The Harrah Fire Department is one of the most highly skilled and trained in the area. It has the latest fire fighting equipment and modern technology available. In addition to the paid fire fighters there are 20 volunteers on call. The fire department also provides Emergency Medical Service to the citizens of Harrah utilizing fully available 911 services. To insure your safety during hazardous and/or threatening weather, please review the latest Outdoor Warning System (OWS) guidelines distributed by the Central Oklahoma Emergency Management Association.

Police Department
The Harrah Police Department is 100% CLEET certified and are veterans of law enforcement. They have the latest crime fighting technology at their disposal. Full service police protection is provided to all people, places of business, and Public Schools within the City Limits of Harrah by dedicated full time detectives, patrol officers, part time officers as well as voluntary reserve officers utilizing fully available 911 services.

Utility Department
The City of Harrah offers a comprehensive set of public utilities including Water, Sewer, and Garbage pickup/disposal. Utility billing and service is handled in the utility department. Any inquiries regarding existing water/sewer or trash service, or new service should be directed to the utility department at the City of Harrah (405)454-2951.
Public Works
The public Works Department maintains the City Parks, streets, water/sewer utilities and the 990,000 gallon a day capacity Waste Water Treatment facility amongst many other duties. They are highly skilled and dedicated employees whom are constantly improving services offered to the citizens of Harrah and take tremendous pride in the community they serve.
